Why is Cafenation coffee so good?

Cafenation coffee is carefully selected, quality Arabica coffee that is expertly roasted and tastes fantastic! Several people have said that Cafenation coffee is the best coffee they have ever tasted!

Cafenation coffee is packaged in a sealed bag with a 1-way-valve system to release gases and prevent oxidation. It is roasted here in Australia and packaged immediately to seal in all the flavours and aromas. All Cafenation coffee is 100% arabica.

How much is delivery?

There is a $9 flat rate delivery charge for all orders. Most deliveries are handled via Fastway Couriers however they do not cover all areas of Australia. For the areas that are not covered we use Australia Post. These packages are sent via registered or express satchel.

How long will it take to get my coffee?

Your fresh coffee is sent as soon as payment clears, this usually only takes one business day. As payment processing doesn’t occur on weekends, orders placed on Friday may not arrive till Tuesday! Ordering early in the week is the best way to guarantee delivery before the end of the week.

Cafenation is an Australian Internet Coffee Shop that sells fantastic fresh coffee to people all over the country. Cafenation is a registered Australian business (ABN 91964281938) and has been serving the Australian public since 2005!

What is your privacy policy?

All information you provide to Cafenation will remain private. Cafenation will not share. lease or sell your personal information to any third party. Your personal details will only ever be used to deliver your coffee.

Your email address will only ever be used to notify you of Cafenation related news and information, including but not limited to special offers and new product information. You are able to opt out of this at any time and instructions to do so are included in every email.

Cafenation does not store any credit card information. All credit card processing is securely conducted via paymate, ABN 91 093 528 002 using the financial industry’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption.

Cafenation password information is stored using one way encryption. Cafenation is unable to tell you your password should you forget it however a new password can be generated for you.

What is your return policy?

At Cafenation, we’re so confident that you’ll love our coffee, we’re happy for you to try it risk-free. If you purchase any of our products and you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, we want you to get your money back.

Simply return the product to Cafenation, PO Box 860, Ryde, NSW 1680 within 7 days of receipt and we will see to it that you get a prompt and courteous refund of the full product purchase price.
